More Mumnesia

I remember someone wanted to do a team for the Army 10 Miler, but I forgot who, and I couldn't find the post. Please excuse this shout out to non DC Metro runners, but what's the status on this? I ran 2 miles today and have an adrenaline rush. I want more. More running! Must run 10 miles soon!!!

The Army 10 miler team concept was a total collaboration and is currently awaiting the skills of a determined and organized organizer.

I think we just need to go with a team name and then we can all register. We would need 4-8 people, so we are just about there!
Important Information
• Maximum of 8 members per team. Must have a minimum of 4 members to
compete.
• Person who who creates and pays for the team name must serve as Team
Captain and only this person can manage the teams created.
• Team Captains only can add or drop team members, send e-mails, etc. thru the
"Team Tools" function.
• Soldier teams can pre-pay for up to 8 entries only when they create their team
name. The Team Captain is responsible for the pre-paid referral code and should
treat it like a credit card number.
• Once a pre-paid entry entry is used, it is gone. Soldier Team Captains can drop a
runner from the installation team but not from the race unless his/her registration
is transferred to another person.

Team Fees
• Team Creation Fee until June 30 - $35
• Team Creation Fee from July 1 - $40

Who wants to be in charge?

You go, guys! That sounds awesome!
Not a runner myself, unless I'm trying to knock off a few, but much respect to you long distance divas.

On the simplest level, I was thinking we could meet up at a specific corner and shake hands, say hello. Maybe wait in line to get a massage or a banana together. :)

Hi ladies.
I'm already on an Army 10 team but we'll be there with our seeMOMMYrun jerseys on. I also plan to bring a seemommyrun-sign-on-a-stick (a tall post) so everyone can find each other at the Army 10 and the GWparkway 10-miler (this weekend).

Kimberly, glad you're back! Hope all is well with bambina and work!!

Okay, back to the simplest level...
How about we all meet up at Andrea's sign?
I've got some *ahem* time constraints now that I am back at work, and I don't think I can manage getting a team together, but I think I can get my own self signed up (I think!) and would love to possibly run with some of you...at least for a little while!
But...if anyone else wants to do another team...let me know!
