Thanks oh muscle goddess of the south! I don't know if I'm more excited to visit Austin or to get this over with!!

Any one want to post tips for mental games I can use in the last few miles???

This will be marathon #2. First one I took it easy. This one I have a goal.

I love the "Spider Man". Visualize a string of web shooting out of your belly button onto the back of someone far in front of you. Feel them pull you for as long as you think it can. Once you feel it fading, use your fingers to cut (yes, actually make the motion) the web and feel the loss of bonus power. Use again often.

Go A. V.!!! TO motivate yourself think of how you once said to me when I slowed to a walk instead of making it to the stop sign......" That was PATHETIC!!" It was, and i never wanted that AGAIN!!
Besides, you have to do great....we will ALL be looking up your time when you are through! hehehe!!
